About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to support our sales team. As a key member of this role, you will play a crucial part in motivating and rewarding the sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain sales compensation plans from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and making improvements along the way.
* Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and the effectiveness of incentive programs.
* Collaborate closely with sales leaders and other teams to understand their compensation needs and provide tailored support.
* Offer training and guidance on our compensation systems to ensure seamless adoption.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (although not essential)
* Prior experience in sales compensation and data analysis is highly desirable
* Familiarity with Xactly (a preferred system) or similar tools
* Exceptional analytical and communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM systems
