Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming attitude and exceptional service to guests.
- Report on time in the correct uniform.
- Understand fine dining service standards and menu offerings.
- Explain dishes to guests and manage food/beverage service.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, including cleaning and mise en place.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Assist in tray and room service, and deliver dishes as needed.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
