Job Title: Sales Representative
The primary goal of this role is to promote the company's products within a designated geographical area and achieve profitable sales in line with set targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders associated with the promotion company and its services.
* Provide technical advice and support to clients and associates, fostering strong client relationships.
* Promote the company's good name and reputation, while maintaining excellent customer relations.
* Conduct market research in the designated territory and elsewhere, monitoring industry trends and competitor information.
* Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, directing out-of-area inquiries to relevant Regional Technical Managers.
* Collaborate with other Regional Technical Managers to share market information and maximize inter-territory opportunities.
* Carry out site surveys and produce professional survey reports.
* Produce specifications in accordance with established guidelines.
* Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and as required to comply with company and client standards.
* Regularly update the Company database.
* Undertake training as needed to develop and maintain personal skills to meet the required standards.
