Your role will involve:
1. HR Operations Management
2. Partnering with line managers to support their team and agenda
3. Developing positive culture initiatives
4. Supporting line managers to carry out investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
5. Managing Recruitment
6. Overseeing HR Administration
7. Conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and arranging Learning & Development (L&D) programmes
8. Focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives
9. Managing compensation and benefits
10. Running HR projects, including systems, wellness, and measurement of the same
This is a great opportunity to utilise your years of experience in a rewarding and engaging environment. It is essential that you have a relevant 3rd level qualification with no less than 4 years of HR Operational Management experience. This is a Generalist role, so you will be involved in managing the whole HR remit.
