Our client are seeking an experienced and professional Branch Supervisor to join their growing team in Cork City. As a Supervisor, the successful candidate will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the Supervisor will take full responsibility for managing the branch. The role involves ensuring the team achieves service, sales, and quality targets within a customer-focused environment while adhering to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety regulations.
