Our client, a global investigations & corporate intelligence consulting firm is seeking an Analyst to join their Due Diligence Practice located in Dublin, Ireland.
Analysts in the Due Diligence Practice will handle pre-transaction/reputational due diligence, and third-party due diligence projects from start-to-finish. Findings will be analyzed and compiled into a written report, which will enable clients to assess the legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a given subject or entity. When not completing client work, Analysts contribute to the improvement of operational standards, procedures, and policies. On an as-needed basis, they may also provide research support on larger projects within our other practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Analysts are generally responsible for:
1. Conduct open source and public records research into U.S. and international individuals and entities.
2. Quickly summarize information from multiple sources into concise, analytical assessments.
3. Ability to prioritize several projects and assignments on multiple topics, while meeting tight deadlines.
4. Rigorous self-review standards to ensure that all our reports meet a consistently high level of quality.
5. Ability to edit own work prior to submission.
6. Research and identify areas within the due diligence process that can be enhanced or updated to meet competitive growth.

3. Ability to work critically through information, breaking it down into its component parts for analysis, and piecing it back together to form an intelligence product for decisionmakers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Analyst Candidates will have 1-3 years of previous relevant work experience.
2. B.A. or B.S. in a related field from an accredited University or College.
3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
5. Preferred proficiency in a foreign language (written and reading), especially in Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, French, or German.
