Executive Assistant Dublin 2
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the MD and the wider board of Directors for a luxury retail brand in the heart of the city centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide extensive diary and email inbox management to ensure all eventualities are managed professionally.
* Prepare documents, reports, presentations, minutes, accounts/expenses/filing, and other administrative support.
* Manage internal queries, respond promptly, and be the point of contact for all internal matters.
* Organize travels, coordinate external events, and handle travel & expenses for the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years experience working at this level with excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong communication abilities.
* Ability to work confidentially and maintain confidentiality at all times.
