The Role:
Maintain and optimize the condition and performance of automation cells, robotics, and vision inspection systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment, ensuring timely fault diagnosis and repairs.
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance, documenting all activities.
Lead initiatives to optimize machine cycle times and other process improvements.
Participate in the development and commissioning of automated equipment.
Manage adequate stock levels of spare parts.
Assist in developing and updating technical documentation.
Perform machine changeovers in line with production schedules.
The Person We Are Looking For:
Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation).
Proven experience working with robots and machine vision inspection systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems.
Experience commissioning and optimizing new equipment.
