HR Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our dynamic Head Office team in Santry, Co. Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in supporting our HR team and contributing to the success of both our carers and office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration: Prepare and manage employee documentation, maintain personnel records, handle HR inboxes and phone inquiries.
2. Garda Vetting: Oversee and administer Garda Vetting for potential and current employees.
3. Data Management: Conduct monthly audits on working time regulations, eligibility to work, and Garda Vetting.
4. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for the HR team.
5. Employee Engagement: Support staff welfare initiatives and provide general administrative assistance to the HR and office teams.
6. Compliance & Projects: Assist with audits, compliance, HR policies, and exciting HR projects.
7. Additional Responsibilities: Minute-taking, managing the company fleet, processing reference letters, and assisting with reception cover when needed.

5. Garda Vetting Experience: Desirable.
6. Excellent Communication: Minute-taking abilities.
