Job Title: Project Manager – Full-time Permanent

Job Purpose: Manage strategic projects to help the company evolve into a mobility provider, focusing on vehicle-on-demand (VoD) offerings. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement project strategies.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and goals.
3. Manage resources, risks, and dependencies.
4. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project reporting.
5. Monitor progress, generate reports, and mitigate project risks.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial services.
2. PM qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
3. Experience with AGILE or PRINCE2 methodologies.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
Competencies:
1. Strong change management and accountability.
2. Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
