The position As our Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of general office tasks while providing essential support to the General Manager (GM) and the affiliate leadership team.
You will coordinate administrative functions, oversee office management, and facilitate efficient communication across the organisation.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing general office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-supplied workplace.
Handle incoming post, manage complaints, device returns and coordinate courier and taxi services.
Manage the General Manager's calendar, travel, and conference arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and presentation preparation where required.
Facilitate effective communication within the organization by distributing key updates and supporting team-wide initiatives.
The role is office based and part time, with half a day on Tuesday - Wednesday and full days on Thursday-Friday.
Qualifications You have an established experience in office administration or a similar role, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
You can prioritise tasks, handle multiple projects and adapt to changing demands.
You are a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through without constant supervision.
You are a strong collaborator and build lasting relationships across all levels.
You have proficient skills in MS Office and other relevant tools.
