FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an 'Office Administrator Agri' on behalf of an established agribusiness situated 20 minutes North of Cork City.
This is a full-time permanent role.

Job Location: 15 km North of Cork City.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 -5:30 (option of 4 day week also available) Duties: * Managing phone calls, email and other forms of correspondence * Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner * Data entry for procurement and accounts * Order entry and processing of customer orders accurately and promptly * Answering customers queries and providing information on orders * Office management and board room maintenance duties Required Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in fast paced environment * Ability to understand customer orders * Ability to multitask To succeed in the role the candidate should possess the following: * 5 years experience in similar role * Fluent in written and spoken English * Ability to prioritise tasks * Excellent customer service skills * Friendly, courteous and helpful attitude * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Strong problem solving skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail Apply: Attach CV using link provided Skills: administration office invoice
