What does the typical day look like:
- Drive the sales process with leads obtained from various mobiles carriers and other sources
- Negotiate terms and conditions of new leases in Telecommunication Industry with private, corporate or governmental landowners for the German market
- Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
- Outbound and Inbound calls
- Renegotiate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts
- Prepare contract content
What are we looking for:
1. Fluent in German
2. Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
3. Sales or negotiation experience.
4. The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
