Job Description
Manage onsite catering services in accordance with ARAMARK’s standardized program to meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to budget guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the account manager in establishing and organizing the implementation of ARAMARK Environmental Services programs following standardized procedures.
2. Oversee catering service routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations and implement improvements aligned with operational goals.
3. Manage crew scheduling, shifts, and attendance to support high-quality service during mealtimes.
4. Continuously improve work efficiency and service quality.
5. Conduct safety training to promote safety awareness and maintain a safe workplace.
6. Manage inventory, tools, materials, and assets; ensure the cleanliness and safety of tableware and the environment.
7. Maintain effective internal communication and collaboration, focusing on problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
8. Establish and maintain good communication with clients, aiming to meet or exceed their requirements.
9. Conduct training sessions to enhance service skills and capabilities; keep detailed work journals and handover checklists.
Qualifications
1. Education: College degree or higher.
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in the catering industry; experience in large-scale property management, five-star hotels, or customer service management is preferred.
3. Vocational Qualifications: Familiarity with catering and coffee shop procedures and standards; knowledge of professional service systems and operations.
4. Computer & Language Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic English communication skills.
