Responsibilities:
1. Report on outstanding Work Order and PPMs, following up with sub-contractors on the status of works
2. Prepare client quotes for reactive and follow-up works
3. Assist in scheduling PPMs and reactive works
4. Review contractor documents and ensure all documents are up to date
5. Authorize and manage Permit to Work systems
6. Compile RAMs as required
7. Assist management with supplier invoicing
8. Source and request PO’s for works in a timely manner
9. Draft Supplier Level Agreements for approval by the Facilities Manager
10. Coordinate Subcontractor maintenance visits with Supplier and Client requirements
11. Oversee the employee schedule for support cover
12. Financial reporting
13. Compile service reports, upload to the CAFM system and issue to customers
14. Assist management with the mobilisation of new contracts
Requirements
15. Experience working in a professional team-based office environment
16. Experience communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service
17. High level of computer literacy including an excellent working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
18. Experience working with CMMS and CAFM software
19. Experience working in a similar role within Facilities Management is preferred
20. Strong administrative and coordination skills
21. Strong attention to detail
22. Highly numerate and analytical skills

Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour
