Job Title: Warehouse Teamleader
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Teamleader to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Warehouse and Pack Out areas, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate the Materials team to meet production targets for customer delivery.
2. Implement lean tools to drive continuous improvement and process reliability.
3. Attend daily huddles to review key metrics and ensure operation is on target.
4. Create a high-performing flexible team through coaching, mentoring, and effective performance management.
5. Ensure regular team communications and engagement of material handling personnel.
6. Review KPIs using visual management tools and coordinate training across all areas.
7. Perform performance management and training of direct reports.
8. Ensure timely performance reviews and offer PDP opportunities to team members.
9. Ensure team members are fully trained in their roles and support development of standard work, documentation, and procedural activities.
10. Communicate warehouse and materials information effectively to relevant departments.
11. Coordinate with Workcell Leaders and Shift Team Leaders to ensure 100% OTIF shipment readiness.
12. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to plan resources, material, shipping, and deliveries to support weekly operations.
13. Lead the area 6S program to resolve housekeeping, GMP, and Safety issues in a timely manner.
14. Manage equipment, area cleaning, inventory control, and barcoding systems according to cGMP requirements.
15. Ensure compliance with standards and site regulatory requirements for offsite storage vendors.
16. Manage consumable KANBAN levels within the on-site warehouse.
17. Manage environmental and pest control in the warehouse and packout areas.
18. Support company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
19. Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
20. Ensure compliance with learnings from GMP audits and training events.
21. Manage internal and external audits to complete ACA in prescribed timelines.
Experience and Education Requirements:
1. Level 7 management or supervisory management qualification desirable.
2. Experience in operations essential.
3. Previous people management experience.
4. Ability to motivate self and others.
5. Excellent initiative and decision-making capability.
6. Ability to work in a team environment.
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
