We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our product team as an Associate Technical Product Manager. We identify those emotions in every point of contact.In this role, you will work closely with our product, research and development teams to drive data-driven decision making and product development, and the development of data-powered products and features.What will I be doing?As an Associate Technical Product Manager you will work with our product team to help define and execute the product roadmap. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing specs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements to both our SaaS product and internal research product. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web technologies and APIs, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset. You will be:Working with our development team to help identify and fix bugs and make small product enhancements.Working with our UX Designer reporting on key product metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Working with our research team to help improve our internal research software and give them technical assistance doing data analytics work. Assisting in Product Ops - working across all teams to ensure the tech stacks required for each function are properly integrated with our product and business processes.Developing product requirements, user stories and use cases to guide product development.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product stays ahead of the competition.Do you have?A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Information Systems etc.)Curiosity and the ability to be a team player with a growth mindset. An understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP is essential. Familiarity with web development frameworks such as React, Symphony, or Angular is required. Knowing how they work, and their role in software development is essential.An interest in working with data processes and staying on top of current industry trends.
