Requirements:
The Company Trainer is responsible for training Managers in running profitable shifts while maintaining superb levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Company Trainer works with Managers in Training to complete entry-level training requirements.
The Company Trainer conducts 2 daily Shift Evaluations to coach, train and mentor Shift Managers into performing their best.
The Company Trainer conducts Shift Management Excellence Classes 2 hours a week with Managers-in-Training.
The Company Trainer follows up with Managers-in-Training to ensure all training tasks are completed.
The Company Trainer reviews Manager training progress and provides weekly updates to company leaders.
Works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
Ideal candidates should have previous McDonald's Manager experience. Must be computer savvy, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to work some evenings evaluating and coaching Shift Managers.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
