Responsibilities:
* Work fast and keep customers and pilots happy
* Work in a team, side-by-side with your colleagues, sharing information and helping each other to ensure new hires are getting placed on time
* Cold contacting potential candidates daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, Skype, and text messaging services such as (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegraph)
* Meet with pilots locally and worldwide to network and educate them on our openings
* Download resumes from third party resume databases
* Answer candidate questions, concerns, and request for more information
* Connect and search for qualifying candidates via LinkedIn
* Search for both passive and active candidates
* Constantly review and update candidate cases/status in internal database
* Stay incredibly organized
* Be a liaison between clients and candidates
* Help expat pilots relocating to Vietnam, including but not limited to find housing, schooling, supermarkets, opening bank accounts, answering questions about the city they or their spouses may have, etc.
* Organize social events for FCI pilots in Vietnam – dinners, Christmas party, TET party, volunteer events, etc.
* Post job openings on aviation
* Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy through recruitment marketing/social media and create an effective recruiting plan tailored to each open requisition.
* Develop terms/brief and copy for online advertising and continuously evolve the company’s recruitment material.
* Oversee and monitor the applicant tracking system, track, circulate and file incoming resumes and applications with great attention to detail.
* Compose and maintain accurate job postings as well as a strong online presence for careers including, but not limited to: FlightJobs, Aviation Job Search, Latest Pilot Jobs and other online job boards.
* Actively source prospective candidates utilizing online tools, networking resources, existing pipeline of prospective candidates, and outreach via calls, emails and SMS.
* Screen candidates through personal interactions, resume reviews, phone and web-based interviews, and reference checks.
* Correspond with applicants regarding the status of their resumes and maintain timely correspondences with all applicants being considered for a position.
* Receive and process all applications and help prepare pilots for screenings using internal company material.
* Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and candidate interactions in the application tracking system, reporting to the FCI Client Account Manager in accordance with the established frequency and detail.
* Participate in the development of recruiting systems, goals, and projections.
* Maintain excellent relationships with candidates, internal hiring teams, external sourcing contacts and other office personnel involved in the recruiting process.
* Organizes virtual and onsite informational shows, pilot roadshows
