Service & Repairs Manager
Lead and grow our team, ensuring excellent service delivery to Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management & Development: Manage and grow the team to support sustainable business growth while maintaining high service standards.
* Work with HR department: Implement training and upskilling programs for team members.
* Mentor and lead the team: Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Service Operations: Implement group systems to manage planned, reactive, and emergency service requests efficiently.
* Collaborate with EPS regional service centres: Align on procedures, goals, and strategies.
* Ensure service jobs are administered: Per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with monthly reviews of work orders and reporting.
* Administer all repair jobs: Using the company ERP system, including pricing, quotations, and estimations for customers.
* Develop and implement a growth strategy: For the Service & Repairs business to meet current and future client demands.
* Deliver on the annual budget: And business development strategies, exploring growth opportunities.
* Engage with key customers: Including Uisce Eireann and industrial clients, to maintain and strengthen relationships.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify, plan, and implement a continuous improvement program for the repair and service business.
* Support and collaborate with other EPS business units: And managers to achieve overall company goals.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards across all operations and activities.
* Reporting & Communication: Issue monthly performance reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Group Senior Team.

Qualifications: Relevant technical or business qualification preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar managerial role within the Service & Repairs industry. Familiarity with Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial markets in Ireland. Experience working with key clients, such as Uisce Eireann, is an advantage.
