Voltalia Ireland is a Renewable company with two main activities in Ireland: the Construction of renewable power plants and Operation and Maintenance of these power plants all over Ireland for third parties.
To replace a maternity leave for approximately 6 months, we are searching for a local HR Generalist, based in Dublin (to report to the International HR Manager in France) to handle all HR administrative and strategic activity with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Payroll
* Collect changes (including monthly on call/mileage reports) and share with payroll provider;
* Check calculation;
* Check expenses (in Excel) and forward to finance team;
* Make monthly HSE declaration;
Training
* Launch and follow up the training campaign;
* Search for providers and organize sessions;
Recruitment
* Support the recruitment team (based in Portugal) to finalize the recruitment process including:
* Prepare offers;
* Make job offers to the final candidates (including negotiation if any);
* Request documents from newcomers;
* Make HR inductions for newcomers;
* Share information with medical insurance provider for new applications (and leavers);
* Share bank details to the finance team (based in Portugal);
* Check employment contracts and get signatures from both parties;
HRIS
* Follow up on probation period;
* Other forms if any;
Other administrative processes
* Follow up on immigration process for foreign employees;
* Support implementation of HR solution (HR software);
* Follow up on benefits (new pension scheme implementation/life insurance etc.);
* Launch and follow up HR Campaigns;
* Draft HR Policies with support of local employment law firm.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 15 years’ experience especially in fast growing environments;
* Proven track record in administrative tasks in all HR subjects;
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work with remote teams.
