Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple kitchens, ensuring efficiency and high-quality food production.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
* Drive innovation in menu development and culinary concepts to meet customer expectations and industry trends.
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards in all kitchens.
* Collaborate with senior management to meet financial goals, including budget management, cost control, and profitability.
* Implement and maintain consistent operational procedures across all culinary departments.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior culinary operations role within a high-profile hospitality environment.
