This Semi State Body is seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join their Group Property Department on a temporary basis for 3 months initially.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration of the accounts receivable function, including tenant invoicing and credit control.
* Management and maintenance of all tenancies within the property management system (Qube).
* Set up and amendment of tenancies, both new and existing.
* Liaison with file managers regarding charge/lease end dates and diary reviews.
* Creation of invoices for title research requests and other charges.
* Monitoring of email inboxes for communications from tenants, third parties, and file managers.
* Periodic review of aged debtors in collaboration with the finance and file manager.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Numeracy and accuracy
* In-depth working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
* Experience with property management systems preferred.
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Experience in Property Management is advantageous.
* Hybrid working role: 2 days WFH and 3 days office based.
