If you are keen to keep learning, love to be helpful and would like to improve your overall working skill set this position may be for you.What you’ll do.Develop and drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives, in collaboration with the CEO and executive leadership team.Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to management and staff on employee relations and staff training.Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and ensure accurate HR records and documentation.Oversee updates of employee handbooks and staff communications.Support company objectives by driving initiatives to foster a positive work environment in line with our values.Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support business performance.Support the CEO/CFO on Board compensation matters. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsYou possess 10 years + proven HR leadership in senior HR Management, at a Head of function or Director level in a technology companyYou are a people first manager who can coordinate the activities and efforts of a large multidisciplinary team and manage people on an individual level.You have experience designing and implementing HR strategies and aligning them with organisational goals and targets.Strong understanding of HR programs and best practices, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and acquisition.Previous experience in working in a owner led / VC backed environment is important. Essential qualification.Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR function.Business driven HR leader- you are passionate about the alignment of business objectives and people. High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious. You can function equally well on the shop floor and in the Board room. Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and other tools to conduct solid mapping practice. Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving ability.CIPD qualified.
