Job Title:
IT Service Technician / Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and test office equipment at customer locations.
* Provide preventative maintenance services and conduct routine check-ups to ensure office machines are operating efficiently.
* Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions.
* Responsible for completion of service calls.
* Provide costings and quotations.
* Order and maintain a stock of necessary parts, tools, and equipment for efficient service delivery.
* Run an efficient workshop and service department.
* Promote the company's products, driving sales and feed any information to the sales department.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an IT field service engineer.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in diagnosing and repairing office equipment.
* Network connectivity experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Knowledge of Sage preferred (not essential).
* A full clean licence is required.
