Our client, a leading global healthcare supplier and ranked among the top 20 medical devices companies, seeks a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic individual to join their Sales Team as a Sales Specialist.
Sales Specialist
This role reports directly to the Business Unit Manager – WOC & IPC (Wound, Ostomy, Continence, Infection Prevention Control) and is based at our Dublin Head Office, covering territories in West and East of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets set for the territory
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and target customers
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends within the territory, monitoring competitor activity and providing feedback to the business unit manager
* Maximize sales profitability/margins in line with defined targets
* Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital sales, with a proven track record
* Degree-level qualification and good business acumen
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Exceptional listening, presentation, and communication skills
* Effective time management, administrative, and written communication capabilities
* Full clean driving license
