Senior Project Manager - Business Change
Experience as a Senior Project Manager with strong background in Business/ Ops Change is required.
This is a contract role based in Dublin City Centre, offering a hybrid working arrangement and a strong market rate of pay.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in delivering large projects within the Financial Services industry, specifically in Business/ Ops Change. Banking experience is preferred, but not essential. A nice-to-have skillset includes operational experience.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of project management frameworks, having delivered multiple projects rather than just qualifying to do so. Additionally, you should be skilled in project governance, including design and implementation. Excellent communication skills are crucial for facilitating workshops, process analysis, and optimisation, issue and risk management, and effective escalation.
You will also need to demonstrate an analytical mindset, able to understand the bigger picture, and be adept at conflict resolution and managing difficult situations where the project is not progressing as planned.
