Our technology client, in Dublin city centre, have an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their EMEA recruitment team for a 6-month contract.
Hybrid work on offer with 2 days in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of vacancies across EMEA.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED -Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements -Influences and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy -Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.
* Attracts talent through effective sourcing techniques
* Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
* Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery
* Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience ideally in a high growth tech environment.
* In house recruitment experience required
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
