Your mission
You’ll become the center of our brand. You’ll be crafting emails and video ideas that connect with app developers, tech communities, and our 10m+ app user base. It’s all about getting creative, understanding customer personas, and measuring yourself by RESULTS.

It’s combining creative thinking, direct response copywriting experience with data-driven decision-making to deliver high-impact content that elevates our brand and drives engagement and actions across platforms.
What you’ll be doing
* Full ownership of content creation and management for BlueThrone, including email marketing, reports, dashboards, website, and LinkedIn content.
* Develop and manage email marketing for our B2C mobile apps.
* Collaborate with SEO experts to optimize web performance.
* Research and create brand awareness across relevant media and communities.
* Write compelling newsletters (3x weekly) to engage indie app developers.
* Create daily posts for BlueThrone’s LinkedIn page, maintaining a strong brand voice.
* Develop weekly email marketing campaigns for our big apps (3X).
* Support the People Team in crafting Employer Branding content.
What you’ll need to succeed
* 5+ years HANDS ON experience in Direct Response marketing/copywriting.
* Proven expertise in copywriting and storytelling.
* Strategic thinker and tactical doer with an obsession for persuasion.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent/Native English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
* Experience in remote, multicultural teams is highly valued.

The interview process
Portfolio Review: After your application review, you’ll receive an email requesting your portfolio.
1. First Round: A 30-minute chat with our Marketing Manager.
2. Second Round: A 1-hour live challenge with the Marketing Manager and Head of People.
3. Challenge: Complete a 3-5 day take-home task.
4. Final Round: A 45-minute discussion with our CGO and Co-Founder.
We aim to complete the process within 4-6 weeks.
