Responsibilities:
1. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries.
2. Receive orders and liaise with sister offices in UK, USA, Germany.
3. Process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
4. You will be involved in and responsible for Customer and Supplier Invoices being paid.
5. Set up and manage customer accounts on Sage.
6. You will be involved in and responsible for accurate control of stock and analysis of movements, together with Quality and Warehouse.
7. Process stock transfers for Sales Orders and other transactions.
8. Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders in good time before stock runs out.
Experiences and Skills:
9. Excellent communication and listening skills.
10. Enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
11. Enjoy working in a small team but also happy to work on your own initiative.
12. Strong and proficient IT Skills.
Salary is open to negotiation and based on experience and in the region of €24 – €27,000. Working Hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00 to 16.30 & Friday 9.00 to 16.00. for further information, please email me directly at
