PMO Analyst - Fixed Term Contract - Dublin
Our client is currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join their team on a large programme of work. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, requiring the successful candidate to travel to the office twice a week in Dublin city centre.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and ongoing maintenance of an overall project/programme plan and roadmap.
Assist with budget management actions, such as tracking any inaccuracies.
Coordinate internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders to enable efficient two-way flow of information within and outside the project team.
PPM Admin and project intake processing.
Assist workstream activities on an ad-hoc basis.
Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders - including status, risks, costs, and benefits, monthly decks.
Detailed Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst with 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
A formal Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, CSM) would be an advantage.
Experience with PPM tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI is essential.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations are required.
Proficiency in Excel and creation of pivots & graphs for costs/KPI reporting is necessary.
The ability to build relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally to the organisation is crucial.
Experience of project and programme status reporting is desirable.
