Responsibilities:
Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems.
Act as an ambassador for Bidvest Noonan conducting your activities in a professional and courteous way.
Ensure that access control procedures are adhered to and escalate any issues in relation to the same.
Perform Front of house duties in an office/banking setting.
Patrol the building in line with onsite SOPs.
Report any security events in the onsite log.
Deal with emergency situations as per Assignment Instruction.
Support emergency services as required.
Complete End of Shift report detailing activities conducted throughout the day.
