Role: Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Limerick City – WFH Opportunity
Job Type: Permanent - Full time
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 depending on experience
At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Senior Architectural Technologist experienced in Revit and AutoCAD to join our client’s growing team based in Limerick City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect using Revit and AutoCAD to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization in the residential architecture industry.
What’s on Offer:
* €55,000 - €70,000
* Opportunity for Hybrid or WFH arrangements
Your new role includes:
* Preparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages including drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction documentation.
* Attending meetings with Clients, Design Teams, Contractors, and other specialists.
* Co-ordination of Design Team information and liaison throughout all stages of the project.
* Assisting with ensuring compliance with Clients’ brief, current Irish Planning, Building and Health & Safety Regulations as well as other relevant legislation.
* Visiting site and carrying out site inspections.
Experience you need:
* Minimum 5 years’ Irish Architectural experience is compulsory.
* RIAI, CIAT or other similar professional body registration is an advantage.
* Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
* Experience working on a range of medium and large-scale residential developments.
* Qualified with a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
* Excellent knowledge & experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations.
* Full Driver’s License and access to car is an advantage but not essential.
