With a reputation for quality and service, Fresh Cuts design and produce all their own collections. As the business seeks to expand its online market share & open new retail locations, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to drive these growth initiatives.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Fresh Cuts Team. This person will be instrumental in crafting and executing a strategic marketing plan to support the company’s growth ambitions across its retail and online channels. They will play a pivotal role in developing, managing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Fresh Cuts brand presence and drive commercial success across both online and in store channels.. This role will involve a mix of brand development, content creation, advertising and cross-functional collaboration to align marketing efforts with sales and e-commerce strategies The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the owners of the business and implement impactful marketing initiatives that engage consumers, drive retail and online sales, and build long-term brand equity in the market. What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of marketing, brand or communications experience
* Proven track record in digital marketing and content strategy
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing collateral and publications
* Ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
* Excellence in project management and stakeholder engagement
* Passionate about consumer trends and building brands.
* Passionate team player who also has the initiative to work autonomously.
* A resilient self-starter and result driven individual.
Core Responsibilities
* Digital Marketing: Lead our website strategy, social media presence, and SEO optimization
* Retail Marketing: Lead our Retail strategy and align with our online strategy to have seamless integration.
* Content Strategy: Develop, create and execute content that drives Customer engagement
* Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels. Along with working with external agencies or partners.
* Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track e-commerce performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Customer Communications: Create targeted campaigns that strengthen our community
* Analytics: Track KPIs and optimize performance across all channels, while providing regular performance results and actionable insights.
* Event Management: Support the planning and promotion of industry events
