As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef, organising and running the service smoothly. The restaurant is well established and has an excellent reputation for food and service, with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele, located in the tourism hub of Dingle.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, work within a team and on their own.
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, and evenings, 5 days a week to include weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
* Accommodation can be provided if needed.
