Salary - €50,000 (negotiable) + bonus 22 Days of Annual Leave Health & Wellness Subsidy & Group Pension Scheme Career progression 8 direct reports Reporting to Director of Sales Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
Execute sales strategies to meet team revenue targets.
Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to drive performance.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the Customer Service Team.
Lead team development through consistent evaluation.
Foster an encouraging and optimistic mindset.
Team Development: Ensure exceptional sales skills and product knowledge through training.
Inspire the team to build trust with major clients.
Lead by example, embodying the company's mission and values.
Conduct performance reviews to motivate and coach the team.
Organise team-building activities and workshops.
Participate in recruitment and handle performance reviews.
Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
Coordinate weekly pipeline reports.
Maintain open communication for successful pipeline development.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
Resolve conflicts and promote understanding among team members.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline performance reports.
Understand core markets and competition and share insights with the team.
