Our client seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management.
This role, supported by the HR Generalist, involves implementing and managing HR policies and procedures to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
The Role:
1. Working closely with the Programme and People Director, develop and drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
3. As a member of the operations team, work collaboratively with the leadership team to support business performance.
4. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
5. Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to management and staff in relation to all aspects of employee relations and staff training.
6. Develop performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
7. Assist and guide managers in conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with employees.
8. Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
9. Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
10. Evaluate compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
11. Oversee updates of employee handbooks and staff communications.
12. Ensure the accuracy and adherence of timelines for monthly payroll processing.
Salary: €70K plus benefits.
Full-time position; a four-day week may be considered (salary pro rata).
