As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service while also supporting the administrative functions of our dealership.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Meeting, greeting, and assisting customers.
* Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee, etc.
* Operating a busy switchboard.
* Handling telephone calls and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
* Monitoring and recording incoming calls.
* Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
* Preparing and updating various reports for Management.
* Providing administrative support to the Service Department.
* Completing customers’ vehicle insurance transfers.
* Requisitioning stationary supplies.
* Supporting the ISO Quality Manager.
* Various ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will ideally:
* Excel at understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Be enthusiastic & flexible.
* Have a friendly & outgoing personality.
* Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills.
* Work well as part of a team.
* Be flexible in your approach to work.
* Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
