Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Manager will provide key support to the management teams, focusing on talent attraction and development, as well as managing the HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting HR & Management teams with employee and industrial relations issues, including grievance resolution and dispute management;
Managing and administering the HR, Payroll, and T&A systems, including Successfactors performance management;
Ensuring relevant HR reporting and compliance, including ethics reporting;
Managing the annual review process and supporting payroll;
Attracting and recruiting talent in line with strategic priorities;
Empowering and developing key talent, including identifying potential career paths;
Managing development programs such as the Graduate Programme, Mentoring Programme, Employee Development Programme, Frontline Leadership Programme, International Technical Programme, and Succession Planning;
Promoting Employee Engagement and Inclusion & Wellbeing initiatives;
Coordinating internal communication through the employee app;
Promoting Community Engagement initiatives;
Requirements:
A minimum of 6/7 years' experience in a relevant industry;
A degree or similar qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations;
Operational IR and HR experience from a unionised working environment;
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, as evidenced by previous work experience;
A proactive, self-starter with proven employee engagement skills and business acumen;
A proven track record of driving change and adding value to overall performance;
Experience with HR & Payroll systems, along with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
