Our Recruiting Coordinator (RC) plays a critical role in supporting our team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling interviews and phone screens
* Working directly with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary
* Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
* Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in reports
* Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and preparing debrief materials
* Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
* Assisting with other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent
* Degree or diploma in HR or a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
* Experience with technical tracking systems/softwares (like ATS)
