Digital L&D Officer
The Digital L&D Officer will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of learning solutions that contribute to the organisation's strategic plan.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage digital systems (LMS, CORE Talent) for optimal efficiency and organisational needs.
* Monitor system performance, review designs, and identify areas for improvement.
* Advise on enhancements and implement developments aligned with the organisation's strategy.
* e Learning: build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts for e Learning development.
* Guide content owners in designing SCORM packages and establish a testing process for digital learning solutions.
* Support OD projects such as online Performance Management and LMS-based onboarding.
* Apply project management methodologies for agile delivery and risk management.
* Generate reports on executive updates, OD performance metrics, and training effectiveness.
Talent, Succession & Leadership Development:
* Assist in analysing and preparing talent and succession plans for senior executives.
Requirements:
* Experience developing digital learning solutions and e Learning in a large organisation.
* Data analysis and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
* External contract management experience.
* HNC/HND qualification or equivalent.
* Proficiency in using digital platforms for user analytics and MI reporting.
* Project planning and delivery skills using Project Management methodologies in L&D.
