Junior Sous Chef
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, utilizing strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
* Develop and implement effective systems for food preparation and presentation
* Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen
* Liaise effectively with customers, clients, and staff to ensure excellent service
Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience in a culinary environment
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to work in high-pressure situations
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Competitive salary €38,000-€42,000 per year depending on experience
