We are working with a Healthcare provider based in Kildare, who due to continuous growth and expansion, have created a new role for an experienced HR Director to lead their HR function - driving recruitment, employee development, and organizational performance. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Reporting into the COO, this person will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from homeKey responsibilities:Create and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and talent development.Lead and mentor the HR team, working closely with senior leadership to drive key initiatives.Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent and fulfill staffing requirements.Design and implement training programs to foster growth, skill development, and career progression at all levels.Lead leadership development initiatives to improve managerial skills and boost employee engagement.Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet workforce needs.Collaborate with leadership to enhance retention through engagement and retention strategies.Develop and manage performance systems to track progress, provide feedback, and support career growth.Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and maintain organizational compliance.Oversee HR audits, investigations, and reporting related to employment practices.Manage the HR department budget, effectively allocating resources for recruitment, training, and development.Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values and mission.Requirements:Experienced HR Director with 5 years experience at a similar levelExperience within a Healthcare setting is essentialStrong analytical skillsEnjoys working in a fast paced environmentStrong people management experience who enjoys managing a large team
