Description
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. You will be a brand ambassador, using expert communication, sales and negotiation techniques to convert all potential leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and/or commercial customers with a focus on high conversion rate.
2. Promote and sell our products/services.
3. Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
4. Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
5. Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
7. Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance.
8. Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in direct sales/ field sales role with the Utilities or Telecoms sector.
2. Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
4. Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in achieving sales goals.
5. Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation where required.
