Senior SHEQ Advisor
Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Senior SHEQ Advisor to join our established team.
The successful candidate will lead a SHEQ Team to ensure health and safety, environmental and quality assurance requirements are being met on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental rules and regulations are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated to ensure the company remains compliant and adapts in a timely fashion to necessary changes
* Support and implement new work processes to eliminate or reduce hazards throughout the business
* Manage the effective allocation of SHEQ Team resources to fulfill requirements on each project/site
* Liaise with Clients and your respective counterparts across the business to gain understanding on delivery expectations and agreement on SHEQ matters for each project
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years demonstrable relevant experience in a similar Senior SHEQ Advisor role with direct responsibility for managing staff across multiple locations
* Willingness to travel and work away from home on project-by-project basis across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
* NEBOSH OHAS Diploma or Certification held for 3 yrs +
* Cert IOSH Member Internal Auditor or strong exposure to and understanding of implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and 9001
* Sound IT skills and strong experience in Microsoft packages especially Word & Excel
* Clean Driving licence is essential for travel to sites
