Duties & Responsibilities
1. Handles all guests reservations via phone & email in an efficient manner in accordance with company standards
2. Experience of dealing with group/tour bookings from enquiry to arrival
3. Proactive upselling of all outlets within the hotel
4. Be initiative-taking with an ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion and possess strong attention to detail
5. Reports to the Reservations Manager on group/tour bookings with regards to status/revenue
6. Attends daily communication meeting to inform all teams of arrivals/revenue stats & selling rates
What You Need
1. A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a busy front office or reservations department within a hotel
2. Previous experience working with Hotsoft / Opera Cloud desirable
3. Good organisation and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
4. Highly motivated and team player
