Job Description
CareerWise seek a skilled HR Generalist to support their Mallow-based client. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in employee resourcing, performance management, HR governance, HR systems, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
* Serve as key HR Contact to designated stakeholders within the division - ensuring appropriate people strategies and initiatives are implemented.
* Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure continuous employee development.
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and governance standards.
* Maintain and optimize HR systems for efficiency and accuracy.
* Lead and support HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
* Relevant 3rd level qualification.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Proficient in HR systems and software.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
