Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Brand Manager Marketing. The Brand Manager for the OTC Portfolio will support the Senior Brand Manager in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving growth and increasing market share for our OTC products. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to grow their experience in brand management within the healthcare industry. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to help deliver marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers and achieve business objectives for both the Irish and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Brand Strategy Execution:
The Brand Manager is responsible for implementing brand strategies and marketing plans for a specific OTC portfolio. Conduct market research to gather consumer insights, track market trends, and analyze competitive activity to inform decision-making.
2. Marketing Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions. Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Product Management:
Support the product lifecycle management process, including new product launches, line extensions, and packaging updates. Assist in the preparation of product briefs, sales materials, and other marketing collateral. Liaise with internal teams, including R&D, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure smooth execution of product-related initiatives.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze key brand performance metrics, such as sales data, market share, and consumer feedback. Prepare regular reports for the Brand Manager and senior management, highlighting key insights and trends. Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to support brand initiatives and ensure alignment across departments. Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners to facilitate the successful execution of marketing strategies.
6. Digital Marketing Strategy:
Responsible for the implementation of the digital marketing strategy. Management of Social Media channels; TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc. Brand and company website management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years brand management experience.
Proficiency in developing brand strategies and launching products.
Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
