Our specialist consulting team provides strategic advisory services across the full health capital lifecycle, including business case development, strategic planning, service and facility design, capital delivery, commissioning, and operational transition for new and expanded healthcare facilities.This is an opportunity to join an established consulting firm and work with leaders in the field to shape the future of health infrastructure delivery. The role involves working closely with clients to plan, design, and implement health capital projects that drive transformation in healthcare services.About the role: Lead and support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic planning for health capital investments.Work closely with clinical, operational, and design teams to integrate models of care into facility planning and delivery.Manage project workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and oversee the production of high-quality deliverables.Engage with stakeholders across government, health systems, and private sector partners to shape and deliver transformational health capital projects.Contribute to practice growth by supporting new business development, client proposals, and industry thought leadership.About you: Previous experience in health infrastructure planning, capital project management, or strategic advisory roles.Strong understanding of the health capital lifecycle, from strategic planning and business case development to delivery and commissioning.Knowledge of healthcare policy, funding models, and capital investment frameworks in the Ireland and/or international settings.Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects within tight timeframes.Relevant third-level qualification in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline).Ideally, certification in project management (e.g., Prince2, PMP) and/or change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
