Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our team at a government regulatory agency in North Dublin.
This is a key project role with the potential to become permanent either before or on completion of the current 9-month project.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining systems and servers of the organisation's Windows operating system
* Installing, configuring and supporting Windows based physical/virtual servers
* Assisting in reviewing system/application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups
* Analysing network/server resource consumption and controlling user access
* Installing/upgrade software and maintaining software licenses
Essential Candidate Requirements
* 3 Years experience in a windows server administration role
* Third level qualification in computer science, IT or other area directly relevant to this role
* Relevant Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
* ITIL Certification
Additional Certifications Welcomed
* CompTIA A+
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
* Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
